Throughbred Park Canberra Racecourse
Canberra's horse racing venue. The action takes place both on and off the track with racing 25 times per year. Canberra's premier race day the Seppelt Black Opal Stakes day takes place in March or the annual ACTTAB Melbourne Cup Race day in November. Other semi-feature days include the Students Race Day in October and the Tony Campbell Memorial Cup Race Day in September. Other fortnightly TAB meetings are scheduled and may be available for sponsorship and race day functions.
